Breakfast or brunch:
Breakfast Brunch – these are beautiful canapé finger styled snacks or we can do a small continental buffet and hot plated breakfast if someone wants to have a traditional set up.

Lunch:
Can be two, three or four course experiences, set menus or buffet type menus.

Dinner:
Arrival snacks are a favourite before the meal, served with a selection of hand crafted breads and oils followed by a separate 4-6 course meal.

Chefs table
A table in our kitchen is set so our guests can experience a kitchen environment whilst enjoying their dinner with all the insights and experiences of a working kitchen.
My team and I prepare the food around you and introduce the dishes as they  are ready to be served.

Private chefs
The Goose Roasters assist with clients requiring food services on a day to day basis over holiday patches. Dishes change every meal time during the guests stay.

All menus are created and specially built for our guests needs.
